The Globe and Mail will soon be announcing a best blogs contest (you can find last year’s nominations here). The format is slightly different this year — the contest will feature only Canadian blogs under two separate categories: personal finance and investing. As one of the nominators under the investment blog category, I’d like to know which Canadian investment blog you consider to be your favourite either in the comments section below or via twitter (@ccapitalist).

So far, the nominees are:

Barel Karsan (nominated by Financial Uproar)
Invest in the Markets
Think Dividends Blog
Four Pillars & Million Dollar Journey (nominated by Investing Thesis)
Where Does All My Money Go? (nominated by Millionaireby45)
Thicken My Wallet (nominated by JK Hogan)
The Stingy Investor (nominated by Rob)
Beating the Index (nominated by Invest it Wisely)
Canadian Couch Potato
Fund Analyst Notebook
Pat McKeough’s TSI Network blog (nominated by Heather)
Michael James on Money (nominated by Daryn)
Women’s Financial Learning Centre Blog (nominated by Kim)
Intelligent Speculator (nominated by The Cynical Investor)
Canadian Financial DIY (nominated by Where Does All My Money Go?)
Canadian Personal Finance Blog (nominated by Financial Tactics)

My own picks (in addition to your nominations) are:

Globe Investor Market Blog
Larry MacDonald’s Investment Ideas
Jon Chevreau’s Wealthy Boomer
